    All amounts include VAT. Payment may be made in cash, by card, or via bank transfer (bank details are provided in an annex to the agreement).<\/p>

    Termination of the Agreement and Refunds
    <\/strong>To cancel the remaining procedures, the Client submits a medical certificate from the attending physician or other convincing evidence (no later than 3 working days before the scheduled procedure).
    Refunds and recalculation are made as follows:<\/p>

    1. The amount paid is recalculated using the retail price applicable on the agreement date; the refund is determined by the number of remaining sessions.<\/li>
    2. Subscription discounts are not taken into account when calculating refunds.<\/li>
    3. The Company deducts the actual cost of procedures already rendered and refunds the remaining amount to the Client within 14 calendar days after receiving all necessary documents.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Force Majeure<\/strong>
      The Parties are fully or partially released from liability for non-performance if such non-performance is caused by force majeure (e.g., acts of war, natural disasters, prohibitive acts of public authorities, etc.), provided that the other Party is notified no later than 5 calendar days after the occurrence of such event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>

      • All Client personal data are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/li>
      • The Company undertakes not to disclose data to third parties without the Client\u2019s consent, except where required by Estonian law.<\/li><\/ul>

        Disputes and Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>

        • All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.<\/li>
        • If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Tallinn Arbitration Court.<\/li>
        • This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          This requirement is based on the technical specifics of the procedure and the equipment used.
